What happens to a message.

  1. It goes to a named team, not a queue

    The subject you choose decides which Business Unit or office reads it first. A requirement that crosses two of them is read by the Group rather than forwarded between them.

  2. The first reply is a question, usually

    Most enquiries need one or two facts before anything useful can be said — the site, the stage, the constraint you are actually working to. Including them up front removes that round trip.

  3. Procurement runs on its own track

    Prequalification and company documentation are handled through the Evaluation Center under controlled distribution, so they do not wait behind technical enquiries.
