How decisions are governed.

Convergent operates five specialist Business Units under one set of certified management systems and one delivery method. This page sets out what that governs — and, just as usefully for an evaluator, what it does not.

The operating principles

Four things that hold across all five Business Units.

  1. Certified management systems

    ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 37001:2016 and ISO 45001:2018, within the certified scope of Data Centre Solutions and Services.

  2. A defined delivery lifecycle

    From requirement definition through delivery, commissioning and agreed support.

  3. Each unit contracted on its own merits

    Not every project needs every discipline. Most engagements are led by a single Business Unit, working directly in its field.

  4. Coordination where scopes meet

    When a requirement genuinely crosses disciplines, the Group coordinates the points where those specialist scopes meet — without diluting the expertise behind each solution.
